Join our Committee. As a not-for-profit organisation, our Neighbourhood House is governed by a dedicated board full of vibrant community members. Positions are generally made available at our annual AGM in October. Come and talk to management if you are interested in joining.

Our Marsh Mender program is a Repair Cafe that operates 10 Saturdays of the year from 10-12noon. Our Menders are volunteers who share their skills in repairing items such as sewing, bike maintenance, knife sharpening and general household goods. We are always looking for new menders.

The Marsh Harvest is our outdoor green space that grows ingredients for our cooking classes, supplies for our community panty and makes our outdoor space look amazing. Volunteers can work at their own pace and give as much time as they can spare.
