Join our local Cafs Financial and Gambler's Help Community Engagement Officer for a free Financial Wellbeing Workshop covering the following topics:
- being money smart
- budgeting and tips for saving/reducing costs
- credit and loans
- scams
And of course, how gambling is the least effective way to make money!

Thread Together Mobile Van
The Thread Together Mobile Van will be visiting DNH on Thursday 24th July from 11:30am.
This service is open to anyone (no eligibility criteria to meet) and offers a small selection of brand new clothing to individuals who attend.

May Marsh Mender Repair Cafe
CELEBRATING OUR VOLUNTEERS

It's National Volunteer Week so we will be celebrating our volunteers with a FREE morning tea for everyone.
Bring in your bikes for repairs, clothing for mending, electrical goods for checking, knives and secateurs for sharpening and general household items for mending !
WHAT IS A REPAIR CAFE?
A Repair Café brings together local volunteer ‘menders’ to repair items that might otherwise be prematurely discarded into landfill.
Selection of volunteer menders:
- Bikes,
- Knife Sharpening,
- Sewing
- General Household Items
Visitors need to supply parts, if required
While we can’t repair everything, we can always give advice.
Cost: volunteers complete the repairs for free, however donations are appreciated to cover our costs.
